EPCAMR 30th Anniversary Banquet Registration

Description

Register one (1) attendee at a time. Please fill out text fields, check, and choose from all of the required options above (indicated with an asterisk*) then click the Add to Cart button.  If there are multiple attendees, please choose the item again from the store and fill out specifics for each attendee. DO NOT simply add to the quantity.  This is not a registration for the 2026 PA AMR Conference.

One (1) registration for the EPCAMR 30th Anniversary Banquet (Saturday, September 19th, 2026 @ 5PM) at Sand Springs, 10 Clubhouse Drive, Drums, PA 18222. This registration guarantees your attendance in-person at the banquet and access to all amenities being provided.   

By attending, the individual must agree to abide by EPCAMR Policies and Disclosures (opens in a separate window).

If you choose non-profit/government/student registration, you may be asked to verify your nonprofit, government employee or active student status if there is a question by the banquet committee.
