AMR Conference Exhibit Space

Description

This item entitles the purchaser to one (1) exhibit for the 2025 PA Abandoned Mine Reclamation Conference (Wednesday, October 15th to Thursday, October 16th, 2025) hosted at the Toftrees Golf Resort near State College, PA. This item does not include conference attendance or field tour registration but allows the exhibitor to set up their exhibit and communicate with attendees who visit their booth. Access to electricity can be requested, but you will need to bring your own 10′ extension cord. Also, please notify conference planning staff if you plan to bring a stand-alone exhibit and therefore do not need a table.  Registrations to attend the conference, networking events, and tours are purchased separately.  The exhibitor email can be the same as an attendee email if you plan to purchase a booth and register for conference attendance as well.

*Non-Profit exhibits are free, but space is limited and first come first serve. Government and student exhibits are included in this category. You may be asked to verify your nonprofit status if there is a question by the conference committee.
