EPCAMR offers a variety of presentations and information to schools, watershed festivals, and local government programs for a service fee to cover staff time and travel.\u00a0 Below are sample topics from past projects that are covered in a presentation (30 minutes to 1 hour in length). Environmental Education Curriculum Activities related to AMD – Thanks to the Winnie Palmer Nature Reserve at Saint Vincent College<\/a>, EPCAMR is able to offer teachers primary and secondary education courses and workshops for Continuing Education Credits (CECs). An example of one of the modules is “Settle it Out,” which explains the process of removing metals from water using a wetland treatment system.<\/p>\n

13. AMD Avengers vs. the Pollution Posse Activity Book<\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0For elementary education teachers and students; a great learning tool for adults and community members alike<\/p>\n
